It's easy! Just take a photo of your little one dressed up in his or
her Halloween costume, and then upload the picture on the "Submit an
Entry" page. Make sure you post it by 12 a.m. on Nov. 3.
Then it's time to vote! Review all the entries and vote on your
favorite, and get your friends and family to vote, too. The deadline
is 12 a.m. Nov. 10.

Yes! The top two vote-getters will receive a $25 gift certificate. We'll be giving away one Gift Card to 123 Jump!, a new indoor inflatable playground located at 44 Meadowview Center, and one Gift Card to Tranquility Day Spa & Salon, located at 975 N. 5th Ave. in Kankakee.
